The next step will be for us to have a quick Zoom call so I can learn more about what you're seeing, what you want to work on, and answer any questions you have.

To get the most out of the call, it's helpful for me to have some of that information beforehand. Please take a couple of minutes to fill out and submit the application form below.

NOTE: At this point in the process, it's important that the conversation includes both athlete and parent(s). So, the application asks for contact info for both.

IMPORTANT: The first field—Email*—should be the address of the person who will receive the confirmation email. Please make sure to enter your best email address in that field. If you don't receive the initial email and click on the confirmation button, we can't respond to your application. (NOTE: If you're already on our email list, you don't need to look for that email. The confirmation step isn't required.)
