Certified Raise Your Inner Game Sports Academy Workshop Leaders are able to offer RYIG Sports Academy group and private coaching to athletes and teams in their area (and charge for their services). 

Once you enroll, you can begin immediately. After that, we estimate it will take 8-10 hours to complete the course and feel ready to begin offering coaching in your area. Depending on your schedule, you should be ready in 1-2 weeks.

To be a Certified Workshop Leader, you must:

• Complete the Workshop Leader training
• Sign the Workshop Leader agreement and agree to the terms
• Be current with your annual recertification fee ($497 USD/year)
• Submit a video recording of each of the main program meetings (Kick-Off, Challenge Start, Final) for review and pass an evaluation from our team.

The Workshop Leader training provides everything you need to begin offering RYIGSA coaching, in four main sections.

1- The core material, where you learn the same RYIG material your students will. 

2- How to lead the training process.

3- How to coach Inner Game skills. 

4- Marketing and Outreach training.

No, but great question! The core teaching is actually done by David on video. You do learn the material as part of the program, and you learn it well. But your role during the coaching process is more of a facilitator than a teacher. We find that this approach has a much greater impact for your athletes, plus it’s easier and more enjoyable for the coach (you).

Absolutely. That's a big part of the value of the opportunity. Once you establish yourself in your community, new athletes will be coming in every year. 

Plus, your certification gives you full access to all the materials. You just need to make sure that each student has their own participant kit.

Once you finish the course and submit the Workshop Leader Agreement, we'll send you a Certificate of Completion, an electronic badge/image you can use in your marketing materials, and you'll be officially certified and authorized to offer RYIGSA coaching to athletes and teams in your area.

Note that on-going certification also requires being current with the annual recertification fee ($497 USD/year) and submitting a video recording of each of the main program meetings (Kick-Off, Challenge Start, Final) for review and passing an evaluation from our team. We’ll send your certificate right away. The video review will be done once you’ve led your first coaching program.

Not at this time, no. But we are very open to working with you on developing them. Please reach out and let's talk about how to make subtitles, etc. available. 

As you can imagine, it varies a lot. Some people can get up and running within the first month, while others need more time due to the space they have available in their lives.

In either case, especially if you are a newcomer to the field, it may take several years to build a niche for your offerings in your community. If you already work with athletes and teams, it may grow more quickly.
