Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Raise Your Inner Game Sports Academy (the "Disclosing Party") and the undersigned individual (the “Coach”) as of the date of the Recipient's acceptance of this Agreement (the "Effective Date").

1. Confidential Information. The Disclosing Party may disclose certain confidential and proprietary information to the Recipient in connection with the preview edition of the Raise Your Inner Game Sports Academy Coach Training course (the "Course"). Such information may include, but is not limited to, videos, audios, quizzes, exercises, and downloadable files (collectively, the "Confidential Information").

2. Use of Confidential Information. The Coach agrees to use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of evaluating whether to purchase the full paid version of the Course. The Coach shall not copy, share, download, save, or otherwise reproduce or distribute any of the Confidential Information, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

3. Ownership of Confidential Information. The Coach acknowledges and agrees that the Confidential Information is the sole and exclusive property of the Disclosing Party, and that the Disclosing Party retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Confidential Information, including all intellectual property rights therein.

4. Non-Disclosure. The Coach agrees to keep the Confidential Information confidential and to take all reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information. The Coach shall not disclose the Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.

5. Term and Termination. This Agreement shall remain in effect until the Coach has completed the full paid version of the Course, or until terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party.

6. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date registration was submitted.
